“Eat well and live better,” is my philosophy and the reason behind all my ventures. I started Culinary Confessions after getting so many responses from my email newsletter, Giornale Giuseppe. I began to feel that my subscribers, friends, customers had as much to say as I do, and I wanted a way to share stories and encouragement that could welcome even more discussion. With your comments, I hope to get to know you better and keep getting feedback. And with the blog format, I hope to provide more features and highlights of the work we’re doing at Giuseppe Restaurants & Fine Catering.
